Delivery Details

Items available to order on line are shown with the  "Available Online" symbol. Most items displaying this symbol will be dispatched directly from our supplier using approved couriers. Once an order has been placed with ourselves we will forward the order on and the chosen courier will make contact with you to make a mutually agreed delivery arrangement. The courier will deliver to the front door only and cannot help position goods within your home. Generally items dispatched via couriers are double wrapped to ensure they arrive at their destination successfully. However, should you find this is not the case it needs to be reported directly to us (not to the courier) in written form (ideally email) to enable us to rectify the problem. If a delivery is arranged and you are not there to accept, unfortunately you will be liable for an additional delivery charge. All goods will require a signature upon receipt of goods, please take the time to satisfy yourself that you are in agreement with what you are signing for. No claims for missing goods will be accepted after.

Items that are available in store are shown with the "in store" symbol. If the item is purchased in store then delivery would be carried out by our own experienced two man team. Delivery from the store is free within Hereford City limits but a sliding scale of charges apply within surrounding areas.
